WESTERN TAI CHI CH’UAN It is the physically deceptive manipulation of an opponent’s sense of offense and defense to the point of ineffectiveness in Standup and Ground Fighting. It is using grappling and striking to neutralize the offense of an opponent while fluidly striking and grappling through an opponent’s defense without serious injury during the effort. It is a Striker’s approach to Mixed Martial Arts (MMA).
The January 2008 edition of Combat Warrior E-Magazine features Grand Master Dr. Ibraham Ahmed, an 8th degree black belt, certified by the Korea Tae Kwon Do Han Moo Kwan Association and World Tae Kwon Do Federation. Dr Ahmed is one of the highest ranked black belts in the world of Tae Kwon Do. His credentials and reputation are world renowned. Dr Ahmed has more than 41 years of experience in teaching, studying and researching Tae Kwon Do. He is an International Master, Instructor, Coach and Certified Referee. He placed in the Korea National Championships between the years of 1968 and 1970. He was also a U.S. Army Military Police and instructor in Korea and trained with such notables as Grand Master Kim Young Soo, Sang Sop Kil, and the Great Grand Master Kyo Yoon Lee of Han Moo Kwan.
